Not only do you get cheap, healthy (compared to other fast food joints), delicious (I dare you to find better fast food chicken!) chicken variations, but amazing service. I don't expect it or need it at a fast food place, but they do it anyway, and let me tell you, it goes a long way! They will bring your lunch to your table, refill your drink if need be, get you anything you need, give you moist towelettes & take your tray when you're done. This location was spotlessly clean, the staff ever so polite and the general atmosphere more restaurant than fast food outlet like. I even had a nice bouquet of flowers on my table! I placed an order for fries and a #3 Spicy Chicken sandwich. After I paid for it was asked my name, told to take a seat anywhere, and that they would deliver it to my table which was really nice; no having to stand and wait. Sure enough with about 8 minutes a waitress appear, pleasantly stated my name, I waived my hand in acknowledgment and was served. I was rather surprised by the fries not only because they were waffle in shape but tasty and rather grease free as well. As for their Spicy Chicken sandwich, totally delicious, one of the best I've ever had and as for their special Chick-fil-A sauce, outstanding, incredibly good. It was a really good meal and I found this location be very nice. As I was going out to my car, a person who I assume to have been a staff member asked to speak with me. He apparently remembered me from another location and the "Kiss In" protests against Chick-fil-A. He merely wanted me to know that it wasn't Chick-fil-A that had called the police and sort of share a laugh about the fact that we had frightened off the police by puckering up and threatening to kiss them too. So for a really good, inexpensive, seemingly wholesome fast food meal and with people generally being a good sport about our past differences, Five Stars.

Went the other morning to pick up some food for myself and my co-workers. I ordered 15 sandwiches, 5 of 3 different kinds to spread the love. I asked if they had ice coffee and was promptly told 'NO' ice coffee here. But they have ice & they have coffee, but they can't put them together.???? So that didn't go over well, I ordered hot coffee. I paid my $50 and was told to park on the side of the building and wait. And boy oh boy wait I did. People went in, sat down, ate, and I was still waiting. I waited over 20 minutes!!!!! I finally went inside, because I thought they forgot about me!!!! They were in the process of packaging up my order, they did apologize for the wait time and blamed it on another large order that came in at the same time. What I don't understand is how other people were able to come in AFTER me and get their food and not have to wait until my order was finished? They also provide me with a free meal card for my next visit, but to be honest I'm not sure I will be visiting this location ever again. I ordered $100.00 in food for office, I asked if they could use my plastic 24 ounce cup instead of wasting one if theirs, the girl said no due to sanitary reasons. I told her that's not true places like Starbucks even discount for going green, you just have to hold you lid... She proceeded to tell me it "their" policy. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Even when they are extremely busy, the quality of service and food does not suffer at all. The manager here is outstanding and one of the friendliest people I have ever met. The food is always great and consistent. One time, my car broke down in the drive-thru and instead of getting upset, the manager and two other staff members came out to help. I thought they would be upset, they let me come inside and cool off (it was the middle of July). During my other trips, the staff always offers to refill my drink and do whatever is necessary to assist me. I love it here and always look forward to visits when I come home. I can't say enough about the quality staff here. I have never been to restaurant be it fast food or fine dining that has comparable service. Keep it up the good work! I can honestly say it has been "my pleasure" to write this review!

Those Christians know how to make a mean chicken. I'm a sucker for anyone who says "My pleasure" I can't help it, it just makes me giddy. Add that to the wonderfulness that is Chick Fil A and you got a great location. It's always been a clean store with friendly employees but they could use some more staff. I always see a lot of employees there but only a person or two manning the counter while the line is out the door. If you follow them on Facebook or Twitter, they usually put a ton of promotions on there for free stuff. If it's free, its for me!!

I haven't reviewed this yet?? We go here weekly for the kids to have one of their kids meals. Occasionally we brave the play area inside, which is kept clean, but can be overly chaotic and dangerous due to too many parents that dump their precious darlings in there and then ignore them. Only knock on this place. Service is impeccable and solid and friendly. Everyone is positive and makes sure everything's to your liking. So unlike every other fast food joint. The quality of the food is great, and it's way healthier than McDeath or Burger Thing or KFC. Yes, they get crowded, but they keep it moving great and another nod to the staff, they don't get frazzled. Another great local place that does great things with local schools & charities to help raise money for them. As for the ghetto, uh, not really. This is on the edge of a nice residential neighborhood and across the street from a mall. Sure, the Long John Silvers is pretty ghetto, but that's it. Awesome place.

I have always been impressed with the courteous staff every time I go, but today was especially wonderful. I went through the drive thru with my son, ordered my food and got to the window, and realized I left my debit card at home. I looked all through my purse, and still came up empty handed. The kind young lady at the window smiled at me and said, we will take care of you, and proceeded to hand me everything I had ordered. I was and still am in shock by her kindness. Chik Fil-A definitely has the highest of standards for their employees as far as drive thru restaurants are concerned. I didn't catch her name but she had a smiling pretty face, and short dark hair. Thank you young lady you really saved my lunch hour :)

This place is a little different than typical fast food places. Instead of burgers, they focus on chicken sandwiches. Instead of hiring immigrants, they seem to hire friendly young Americans to serve you. And they do service well. While you're seated, someone will come along and offer you a dinner mint and a wet wipe for your hands. And the young man who brought out my food tray wishing me a "blessed" day was a somewhat subtle hint that this is a faith based company. But politics and religion aside, the food and service here is pretty (dare I say) damn good. The chicken sandwich is tender and juicy without being too greasy, and very simple with only three pickles as toppings. I also like the ketchup dips that they give to you with the waffle fries (also good). Very convenient. Next time I'll have to try the peach milkshake that seems promising...

They don't seem to have a way to handle the lunchtime rush. On my last trip I waited in the drive thru for 30mins and was then told to pull over on the side of the store to wait for my food. Another 10 mins with no food and I had to go inside. They were short staffed, the manager apologized and gave some coupons. He also told me based on my receipt I had only waited 8 minutes not the 30 I mentioned..as Manager you should take a look outside and see that your drive-thru currently has a 30+ minute wait!

Yes, I visited Chick-fil-A on its opening day. Yes, I braved the long lines and chaotic counter. And yes, I would have been one of those people who camped out the day before, except I had to be all "responsible" and go to work instead. I visited knowing full well it would be a madhouse, but the excellent service and attention I received made up for it. The interior is smaller than I expected, and the counter curves around just inside the door. They had six registers lined up, and every one of them was packed. But they all went so quickly that we didn't wait very long at all. My only complaint is that they forgot to give me the brownie I had ordered for my co-worker with her meal, but I bear some of that responsibility for not checking before I left. But the nuggets were perfectly cooked (I was afraid they'd be underdone because of the huge rush), the service was great and a guy even came around asking how our food was, while handing us a mint and purell wipe. I've gotten better service at Chick-fil-A than most sit down restaurants... that says a lot about them. I'm a huge fan of this place, so to FINALLY have one in my neck of the woods has made me very happy. If the massive crowd today was any indication, I'd be willing to bet others around here feel the same way.

I would disagree that this Chick-fil-A is located in the ghetto. At least it didn't look that bad around 1 pm when I stopped by. There are far worse areas in Pompano. This one is located near the corner of Federal Hwy and Copans Rd. I hit the drive thru and it was slammed, but the cars moved through pretty quickly. My order was taken correctly and it was no problem to get an unsweet ice tea with my combo and I wasn't charged extra. I tried the new spicy chicken and it was about as I expected - like a regular Chick fil A sandwich - only spicy. I didn't think it was the best spicy I've had compared to other fast food places, so next time I'll probably go back to my tried-and-true #1 combo (regular Chick-fil-A) or the deluxe. Now they just need to put a Chick fil A in Fort Lauderdale! There's one in Plantation, Tamarac, Pompano, Boca, Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Coral Springs and Sunrise...but NO FORT LAUDERDALE LOCATION? C'mon, they have every suburb of Lauderdale covered but each are a 15 minute drive away. Step up, CFA!

Funny how the LA guy has the nerve to call Pompano "the ghetto" especially the Lighthouse Point area. To be clear this is fast food. I have two separate ratings and a 4 star for fast food is not the same as a 4 star for a sit down restaurant. But as fast food goes, it is an excellent sandwich and I'm not even much of a chicken fan. Polite and friendly staff, but you have to watch it in the drive though as they can be pretty lazy and forget stuff, give you the wrong item, etc. But the best thing of all, IT IS CLEAN. I don't feel like I am going to get some third world disease if I eat at a table. Nice touches are polite employees that offer to refill your drink without being asked and things like that.

Today is cow appreciation day tory was my cashier and because I had cow clothing on for today's event I got an entire meal for free. I love themed events so much..and I've always been a fan of chick FIL a so it was great to come in and get a chick FIL a original meal for free!! Thanks so much chick FIL a!! This place reminds me of what America is all about and how we used to do business back in the days. courtesy, respect, professionalism, super friendly and save environment are just some of the reasons my family cant stop coming back here. I'm so impressed with the employees here. They've always made me feel welcomed and appreciative of my business. Not sure why this is so hard to duplicate in American fast food industry. Don't fall into the hype about the founder, enjoy this great food and definitely get the salad instead of fries. It's HUGE, fresh and the extras that come with it are awesome! Get the avocado lime dressing. It was so tasty!

Never thought id write a review for a fast food place but the food itself was great, however, there was a FUCKING FLY AT THE BOTTOM OF MY DRINK! When you eat out you expect PROPER sanitation and I'm absolutely disgusted.

Went the other morning to pick up some food for myself and my co-workers. I ordered 15 sandwiches, 5 of 3 different kinds to spread the love. I asked if they had ice coffee and was promptly told 'NO' ice coffee here. But they have ice & they have coffee, but they can't put them together.???? So that didn't go over well, I ordered hot coffee. I paid my $50 and was told to park on the side of the building and wait. And boy oh boy wait I did. People went in, sat down, ate, and I was still waiting. I waited over 20 minutes!!!!! I finally went inside, because I thought they forgot about me!!!! They were in the process of packaging up my order, they did apologize for the wait time and blamed it on another large order that came in at the same time. What I don't understand is how other people were able to come in AFTER me and get their food and not have to wait until my order was finished? They also provide me with a free meal card for my next visit, but to be honest I'm not sure I will be visiting this location ever again. We love chic-fil-a, and this is our favorite chic-fil-a! They have an awesome staff and Seth and Carrie (the owners) are great! Always clean, always fast, always friendly. For an added bonus, they have "Skittles", who does face painting, magic and balloons, there every other Tuesday evening for fun for the kids. All around aces!

so it love chick fil a but just got super annoyed... I ordered $100.00 in food for office, I asked if they could use my plastic 24 ounce cup instead of wasting one if theirs, the girl said no due to sanitary reasons. I told her that's not true places like Starbucks even discount for going green, you just have to hold you lid... She proceeded to tell me it "their" policy. I said I do it all the time at chick fil a... Then I watched the manager ask a customer if he could refil his cup right infront if me and he refilled it lol

If I could give more than five stars, I would. Even when they are extremely busy, the quality of service and food does not suffer at all. The manager here is outstanding and one of the friendliest people I have ever met. The food is always great and consistent. One time, my car broke down in the drive-thru and instead of getting upset, the manager and two other staff members came out to help. I thought they would be upset, they let me come inside and cool off (it was the middle of July). During my other trips, the staff always offers to refill my drink and do whatever is necessary to assist me. I love it here and always look forward to visits when I come home. I can't say enough about the quality staff here. I have never been to restaurant be it fast food or fine dining that has comparable service. Keep it up the good work! I can honestly say it has been "my pleasure" to write this review!

Those Christians know how to make a mean chicken. I'm a sucker for anyone who says "My pleasure" I can't help it, it just makes me giddy. Add that to the wonderfulness that is Chick Fil A and you got a great location. It's always been a clean store with friendly employees but they could use some more staff. I always see a lot of employees there but only a person or two manning the counter while the line is out the door. If you follow them on Facebook or Twitter, they usually put a ton of promotions on there for free stuff. If it's free, its for me!!

One benefit of working in Pompano is being able to hit Chik-fil-A on the way to work. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich with the pickles is perfect every time. The new Peach Milkshake has chunks of peaches that just barely make it up through the straw. Delicious.

This is a new store with great customer service, very good fast food and free refills on the sodas. This place will even deliver your order to your table, bring you mints, and the bathrooms are super clean. The chicken sandwiches and waffle fries are very good

I haven't reviewed this yet?? We go here weekly for the kids to have one of their kids meals. Occasionally we brave the play area inside, which is kept clean, but can be overly chaotic and dangerous due to too many parents that dump their precious darlings in there and then ignore them. Only knock on this place. Service is impeccable and solid and friendly. Everyone is positive and makes sure everything's to your liking. So unlike every other fast food joint. The quality of the food is great, and it's way healthier than McDeath or Burger Thing or KFC. Yes, they get crowded, but they keep it moving great and another nod to the staff, they don't get frazzled. Another great local place that does great things with local schools & charities to help raise money for them. As for the ghetto, uh, not really. This is on the edge of a nice residential neighborhood and across the street from a mall. Sure, the Long John Silvers is pretty ghetto, but that's it. Awesome place.

I have always been impressed with the courteous staff every time I go, but today was especially wonderful. I went through the drive thru with my son, ordered my food and got to the window, and realized I left my debit card at home. I looked all through my purse, and still came up empty handed. The kind young lady at the window smiled at me and said, we will take care of you, and proceeded to hand me everything I had ordered. I was and still am in shock by her kindness. Chik Fil-A definitely has the highest of standards for their employees as far as drive thru restaurants are concerned. I didn't catch her name but she had a smiling pretty face, and short dark hair. Thank you young lady you really saved my lunch hour :)

Like this place good food. Service is very friendly . They call you by name for your order. Very clean bathrooms and clean restaurant. Outside seating is available. Not very much parking and drive thur line always really long around lunch time so beware.

This place is a little different than typical fast food places. Instead of burgers, they focus on chicken sandwiches. Instead of hiring immigrants, they seem to hire friendly young Americans to serve you. And they do service well. While you're seated, someone will come along and offer you a dinner mint and a wet wipe for your hands. And the young man who brought out my food tray wishing me a "blessed" day was a somewhat subtle hint that this is a faith based company. But politics and religion aside, the food and service here is pretty (dare I say) damn good. The chicken sandwich is tender and juicy without being too greasy, and very simple with only three pickles as toppings. I also like the ketchup dips that they give to you with the waffle fries (also good). Very convenient. Next time I'll have to try the peach milkshake that seems promising...

It's chic-fil-a. You probably know what to expect. Good food ( fast food category) great service !!! They can't help it but they are always busy. But they manage to get the job quick and well. Shiloh is a employee there who has been very kind and offers great service. Customer service 2 thumbs up.

They don't seem to have a way to handle the lunchtime rush. On my last trip I waited in the drive thru for 30mins and was then told to pull over on the side of the store to wait for my food. Another 10 mins with no food and I had to go inside. They were short staffed, the manager apologized and gave some coupons. He also told me based on my receipt I had only waited 8 minutes not the 30 I mentioned..as Manager you should take a look outside and see that your drive-thru currently has a 30+ minute wait!

Yes, I visited Chick-fil-A on its opening day. Yes, I braved the long lines and chaotic counter. And yes, I would have been one of those people who camped out the day before, except I had to be all "responsible" and go to work instead. I visited knowing full well it would be a madhouse, but the excellent service and attention I received made up for it. The interior is smaller than I expected, and the counter curves around just inside the door. They had six registers lined up, and every one of them was packed. But they all went so quickly that we didn't wait very long at all. My only complaint is that they forgot to give me the brownie I had ordered for my co-worker with her meal, but I bear some of that responsibility for not checking before I left. But the nuggets were perfectly cooked (I was afraid they'd be underdone because of the huge rush), the service was great and a guy even came around asking how our food was, while handing us a mint and purell wipe. I've gotten better service at Chick-fil-A than most sit down restaurants... that says a lot about them. I'm a huge fan of this place, so to FINALLY have one in my neck of the woods has made me very happy. If the massive crowd today was any indication, I'd be willing to bet others around here feel the same way.

I would disagree that this Chick-fil-A is located in the ghetto. At least it didn't look that bad around 1 pm when I stopped by. There are far worse areas in Pompano. This one is located near the corner of Federal Hwy and Copans Rd. I hit the drive thru and it was slammed, but the cars moved through pretty quickly. My order was taken correctly and it was no problem to get an unsweet ice tea with my combo and I wasn't charged extra. I tried the new spicy chicken and it was about as I expected - like a regular Chick fil A sandwich - only spicy. I didn't think it was the best spicy I've had compared to other fast food places, so next time I'll probably go back to my tried-and-true #1 combo (regular Chick-fil-A) or the deluxe. Now they just need to put a Chick fil A in Fort Lauderdale! There's one in Plantation, Tamarac, Pompano, Boca, Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Coral Springs and Sunrise...but NO FORT LAUDERDALE LOCATION? C'mon, they have every suburb of Lauderdale covered but each are a 15 minute drive away. Step up, CFA!

You know the ones, where it can be squeezed out or dipped. 12: Give me the big boy size for the chicken nuggets. I love this place. More importantly, our toddler grandchildren love this place. Great play area Customer service is beyond belief for fast food. The manager and/or owner is a genius even holding bingo games on some mornings! Food is typical chick-fil-a. Atmosphere and service could not be better. I'm editing my review because of the position of the company on gay marriage. I am opposed to their position and support anyone who is staying away from this company. . But what's a grandmother to do when the toddler grandchildren love the food and the play area? Another edit. Funny how the LA guy has the nerve to call Pompano "the ghetto" especially the Lighthouse Point area. To be clear this is fast food. I have two separate ratings and a 4 star for fast food is not the same as a 4 star for a sit down restaurant. But as fast food goes, it is an excellent sandwich and I'm not even much of a chicken fan. Polite and friendly staff, but you have to watch it in the drive though as they can be pretty lazy and forget stuff, give you the wrong item, etc. But the best thing of all, IT IS CLEAN. I don't feel like I am going to get some third world disease if I eat at a table. Nice touches are polite employees that offer to refill your drink without being asked and things like that.

This is fast food. It is very very slow service. They put a pickle on the chicken! Yuck... if I want mall food I will go to the mall. It will cost less and I will get my food faster. Why do people wait in line for this food? Why give mall food 5 stars? I have no idea. It just messes up the Yelp ratings and makes it harder to find a nice place to eat in Pompano.
